Hi, I’m Emma, a freelance illustrator working across publishing, editorial, licensing and teaching. What unites my work is my fresh, painterly style, and my love of creativity and colour, which inspires both my own work and my teaching.
I have written a best selling range of how-to books, covering watercolour, gouache and developing a sketchbook practice. I also work with international clients on everything from book covers to greetings cards, bringing my hand painted style to a range of products.
